Elkhorn Community Biggest Loser Challenge

The Elkhorn Area School District has partnered with Advocate Aurora to bring you the 2021 Elkhorn Community Biggest Loser Challenge. Participants will receive weekly emails with recipes and tips for healthy living, have access to wellness webinars, and enjoy the accountability of weekly weigh-ins.

This 8-week VIRTUAL health challenge is available to all members of the Elkhorn community and EASD staff. Prizes will be awarded to the "biggest losers." Advocate Aurora professionals will provide tips and tools for continued success as you lose weight over the challenge.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. No class on March 15. Limit 10
